Even after room exchange (difficult discussion!!!) sun only starting from 14.30 h on a balcony corner! Breakfast offer sufficient, but very monotonous

    No bar in hotel for pre-dinner drinks. Two thirds of restaurants closed. Took three visits from maintenance to put bathroom in acceptable working order.

    We had such a chill getaway! The pool was amazing, and we really enjoyed unwinding at the spa and taking in the sun on the lounge chairs. The only bummer was that the bar area felt a bit chilly, but it didn’t ruin our good vibes. 🏖️

    The pool was closed, disappointing. We also experienced rude staff at the clubhouse, where our needs seemed entirely ignored. Even the coffee we ordered was lukewarm, and we were deterred from dining due to witnessing numerous complaints from other guests.

    We both immediately liked the softness and comfort of the beds. And the view from our room (217) across the pool and golf course. The staff were all pleasant and very helpful, and there was a very relaxed atmosphere. We were there to celebrate my 70th birthday and think we chose correctly. Apart from one or two minor complaints (below) overall we were very satisfied.

    We were disappointed that the shower was poor in the volume of water that came out of the shower head, also that the shower floor tended to become very slippery when showering. Also, the automatic plug release in the jacuzzi wouldn't work. The outside jacuzzi worked only intermittently. The meals were far too expensive

    Its wonderful swimming pool and the charming personnel who makes you feeling that they are working only for you. I would like to remark also the kids club where they look after your children perfectly while you enyo the spa or the swimming pool.
